MAINTENANCE & LESSEE RESPONSIBILITIES

As Lessee, you (the customer) are responsible for all insurance protection and maintenance while equipment is in your possession. Lessee agrees to maintain equipment in same condition as received and to pay for any cleaning or repair other than the normal wear and tear. This maintenance includes normal preventive maintenance as outlined in the owner/operator manual as well as replacement of expendable items such as fuel, oil, air filters, oil filters, coolants, lubricants, air/oil separator elements, spark plugs, etc.
